- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on an other than full and open competition basis a requirement for the following keyboard/video/monitor (KVM) switches and associated hardware: 1 ea. 16-user, 64-Port Paragon II Master Switch (P/N P2-UMT1664M); 4 ea. 8-user, 32-Port Paragon II Master Switch (P/N P2-UMT832M); 65 ea. Paragon II User Station (P/N P2-UST); 1 ea. Bulk Pack of 64 Computer Interface Module ? PS2 (P/N P2CIM-APS2-64PAC); 1 ea. Bulk Pack of 32 Computer Interface Module ? PS2 (P/N PSCIM-APS2-32PAC); and 4 ea. Computer Interface Module ?PS2 (P/N P2CIM-APS2. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Raritan Computers and its authorized resellers for this requirement. This procurement is to meet the requirements of the U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) for its Joint System Integration Command?s C2 System?s Lab. The instant requirement is for the procurement of additional switches to meet Joint System Integration Command?s requirements to expand its current laboratory suite. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by the specified response date. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. The NAICS code is 334119 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Responses should be received no later than 11 May 2007.
