- NASA/JSC plans to procure commercial Program/Project Planning and Management Integration (PPMI) services support at JSC. The information technology services required to support this field in Program/Project Planning and Management Integration includes providing information and program management and integration capabilities, IT planning, planning system configuration management, intranet Space Life Sciences Directorate (SLSD) websites, internet SLSD websites, system administration, help desk, budget change directives, action tracking and non-ODIN support for supporting JSC, NASA Headquarters, and other NASA centers. To fulfill these requirements, NASA plans to release a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will result in a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee Contract with IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) Task Orders feature for additional requirements within the general scope of the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be written for five years. More specific details will be explained when the RFP is issued. One-on-One Communications with the industry will be held Monday, June 4 through Thursday, June 7, 2007. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541512 and $23.0 million, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFP number NNJ07192735R is on or about July 11, 2007 with an anticipated Proposal due date of on or about August 24, 2007. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B". A phase-in period of approximately 30 days for the new contractor is planned. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
