Description: The Architect of the Capitol (Library of Congress) is seeking responsible sources to replace the existing computer based control system for the blue box conveyor with a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system (SCADA system) or large scale Distributed Control System (DCS). The functionality of the existing control system shall remain. The scope also includes: a. Supplying, writing, and integrating all operating, tracking, and reporting software. b. Demolition of the existing computer based control system. c. Installation of SCADA or DCS control hardware and interconnecting wiring.
