Description

The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates issuing a sole source purchase order to Wulfsberg Electronics for the purchase of Wulfsberg aircraft radio equipment on behalf of the United States Park Police. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting descriptive literature illustrating corporate capabilities to provide the required supplies. All responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this announcement will considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
