Description

This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy" RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Axsys Technologies IR Systems Inc. for evaluation and repair of 1 each Field Pro Model 22863; 1 EACH Cyclops Model 22733; and 4 each Model 22788 CPOD Thermal Sensors . Award to be made based on all or none, and lowest technically acceptable quote received. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition, FAR part 13. Direct procurement questions via email to: chris.lewis@navy.mil. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 10 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement maybe considered by the government. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above item, should submit a written response to the Purchasing Agent, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship to the program. E-mail or facsimile quotations are acceptable and must be received on or before the closing date. E-mail quotations may be sent to chris.lewis@navy.mil or faxed to 619-553-9068. The applicable NAICS code is 333314; the size standard is 1000 employees. Active Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with DOD.
