Description

RFQ R6-27-07-0115 GIS Trailers The purpose of this Request for Quotations is to establish a listing for GIS support services for emergency incidents covering Equipment (generally includes computer servers, terminals, printers, GIS and office software, and a self contained unit), and/or GIS technician services (generally includes a technician who can perform the required services on vendor or government equipment). Government Agencies may use these services predominantly in the states of Oregon and Washington, however contractors may receive requests outside of this region. The Contractor shall furnish all services, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, insurance, and trained personnel necessary to meet these specifications. To ensure continued safe, efficient service at the incident, the Government may issue accountable and durable property and consumable goods. The Government reserves the right to order equipment that provides the most effective method to control the fire. Award of an Interagency Equipment Agreement based on response to the Request for Quotations (RFQ) does not guarantee work or preclude the Government from using any Agency or Cooperator or local EERA resources. The NAIC for the RFQ is 541519. The RFQ will be posted on or about 5/25/2007 Quotes in response to this solicitation must be done on-line at the EaTIS website. The website is www.eatis.fs.usda.gov.
