- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code is 511210, Size Standard not to exceed $23 Million. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD7086A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 effective 22 Mar 07. The Government intends to award the following (CLIN 0001) Network License Ansys Mechanical with Design Modeler QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0002) Ansys Geometry Interface for Solidworks QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0003) Base Year, Ansys Mechanical with Design Modeler Maintenance. Period of Performance: 1 Jun 2007 ? 31 May 2008 (CLIN 0004) Base Year, Ansys Geometry Interface for Solidworks Maintenance. Period of Performance: 1 Jun 2007 ? 31 May 2008 (CLIN 1001) Option I, Ansys Mechanical with Design Modeler Maintenance. Period of Performance: 1 Jun 2008 ? 31 May 2009 (CLIN 1002) Option I, Ansys Geometry Interface for Solidworks Maintenance. Period of Performance: 1 Jun 2008 ? 31 May 2009 DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 days from award date FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION.
