- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification on the period of performance for phase 1 and 2 options. The basic synopsis stated the following: Section 1.4 - "The lengths of Phase 1 and Phase 2 Option will be between 3 and 6 months individually depending on white paper response. The combined length of Phase 1 and Phase 2 Option will be 9 months in total". Section 4.1 - "Please indicate the preferable duration split of these phases that would be most beneficial for the offer team's approach". Based on the responses through the white papers, the program office has determined that the following period of performance for the phases will be required: Phase 1 Period of Performance is 4 months. Phase 2 (Option) Period of Performance is 5 months. Phase 3 (Option) Period of Performance is 15 months. There is no guarantee that Options will be exercised.
