- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1MTM17116A100 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. Effective 12 Feb 2007 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001 (iv) This acquisition is solicited unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 423620 with a 100 employee size standard. (v) The contractor shall submit a unit price and a total price for each item included in this acquisition and show an extended price for all items. Line items shall include shipping charges. Pricing shall be FOB Destination. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Item 0001 ? 77 inch Smart Board with built-in projector, MFG MODEL NUMBER: SB680i, manufacturer: Smart Technologies. Quantity 2 Ea., Item 0002 - Replacement lamps for 600i series unifi 35 projector, Quantity 6 Ea. (vi) Items will be delivered FOB destination to: Charleston AFB, SC. Vendors are to submit delivery time with their proposal.
