- This is an amendment to the previous notice which was titled - Combined synopsis/solicitation for the US Army, HQDA Office Chief, Public Affairs for Technical Support and subject matter expertise in supporting the development, coordination, integrati on, synchronization, implementation and assessment of an internal and external strategic commications program. The purpose of this amendment is to change the title of the announcment to read: This is a Combined Sources Sought/Synopsis. In addition, the time for questions regarding this synopsis is hereby terminated. The RFP solicitation is expected to be released by 21 May 2007. All other terms and coniditions of the synopsis remains unchanged.
