- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430. The work consists of the specific requirements for training for PMI/PMP certification. Inspection and Acceptance will be in accordance with the specification clause. Delivery is due within 30 calendar days after award. T his announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations that are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (NO PAPER COPIES). This is set-aside for small business. Small Business Size Standard is $6.5M. The Government intend s to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this announcement. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 and 252.212.7000; Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; Clause 52.2 12-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders - Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items will be based on price only.
