- Subject: Solicitation No. 07SQ600069 - KANSAS RIVER SCADA UPGRADE The Bureau of Reclamation intends to procure SCADA System Hardware and installation services to replace the existing master station hardware through a negotiated procurement, sole source, with Scipar, Inc., out of Buffalo, New York.
