This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee of notification. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to periodically check the website for any amendments to the request for quotation. No other notifications will be sent. This is a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 procurement. The award will be made based on price, and price related factors. In accordance with FAR Part 13.003(b) this acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS is 238990; the Size Standard is $13 Million average annual gross receipts. Offerors are advised an award may be made without discussion or any contact concerning the quotation received. Therefore, quotations should be submitted initially on the most favorable terms from price, schedule, and technical standpoint. Offerors should not assume that they will be contacted or afforded an opportunity to qualify, discuss, or revise their quotation. Construction Magnitude $25,000 to $100,000. Description: Construct fence to exclude livestock from two Bullfrog area campgrounds, park housing, and three miles of Lake Powell shoreline. The purpose of the fence is to produce a physical barrier that will restrict livestock from developed areas of the town of Bullfrog, UT and a nearby campground in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (NRA). The project will consist of the construction of a total of 2.74 miles of livestock exclusion fence from the Bullfrog airstrip southeast to a drainage above Lake Powell. Approximately one quarter of a mile of fenceline is along state highway 276 with the remainder running across open desert terraces. The fence does terminate at several slickrock features. One cattle guard will be installed across state highway 276. The job will consist of the construction of approximately 1.94 miles of livestock exclusion fence across open Glen Canyon NRA lands according to park specifications. The construction of several sections of fence totaling 0.80 miles across open Glen Canyon NRA lands allowing for the passage of bighorn sheep. Connecting fenceline to five slickrock/bedrock features. The installation of one cattle guard on state highway 276, and the fabrication and installation of three wire and post gates for vehicular access. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 13 June 2007 at 1000 hours Arizona Time. No questions will be answered at the site visit that cannot be quoted out of the specifications. Questions will be solicited in writing at the site visit and posted with answers as an amendment to the request for quotation.
