- DESCRIPTION: This procurement under (N40443-07-T-0095) is issued to request the services of a qualified Marine Industry lagging contractor to accomplish lagging and insulation repairs in the Engine room. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and scaffolding required to accomplish the requirements onboard USNS KAISER (T-AO-187). This requirement is small business set aside. Firm Fixed Price offers are due not later than 10:00 AM (PST) Thursday 17 May 2007 unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.
