- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and supervision and transportation necessary to renovate the existing woman?s bathroom in building #12 into a unisex ADA accessible bathroom. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required and the performance period is 90 calendar days. The estimated repair costs are between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is being solicited as a Competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside and is limited to SDVOSB firms certified for participation in the SDVOSB Program. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220 and the related small business size standard is $31,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 14 May 2007. Proposals will be due on or about 22 June 2007 at ROICC Beaufort at the time specified in the solicitation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.102(a)(1), availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; the solicitation will be available for download via the Internet World Wide Web at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. All prospective offerors and planholders must register as planholders on the website in order to receive a copy of the solicitation. The official planholders list will be maintained on and can be printed from the websites. The Government will NOT provide a complete name, address, phone number including area code, offeror type (prime contractor, subcontractor, supplier, etc.), e-mail address and type of business (large, small, small disadvantaged, women owned, etc.). Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the ESOL website for any posted changes. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the websites for any amendments issued to the solicitation.
