- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting Department (FISC), Philadelphia Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiate a sole source Purchase Order with the Council for Occupational Education for the acquisition of educational services in support of the accreditation of Navy schools under the command of the Naval Personnel Development Center (NPDC) located in Norfolk VA. These services will commence on approximately 1 July 2007 and end on 30 June 2008. The RFQ is for commercial services for which the Navy intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Council for Occupational Education, 41 Perimeter Center East, Atlanta GA), as they are the only known national accrediting agency that performs national accreditation on the specific military technical training schools required for NPDC.
