- FISC San Diego currently has an 8(a) competitive set-aside requirement for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support the academic programs at Naval Post Graduate School (NPS), Monterey, CA. Up to three (3) 8(a) contractors will be selected for this contract. The MATOC will consist of a base year and two (2) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The task orders anticipated for this contract will be for support of the graduate level academic programs at NPS Monterey, which include four graduate schools (International Graduate Studies, Business and Public Policy, Operational and Informational Sciences, Science and Engineering), three research and education institutes (Meyer Institute of Systems Engineering, Cebrowski Institute, and the Modeling Virtual Environments and Simulation Institute), as well as numerous education and research centers. More information about NPS is available at www.nps.edu. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611710. The small business size standard, for information purposes only, is $6.5 Million. Competition for this procurement is limited to eligible SBA-certified 8(a) firms in accordance with SBA Requirement Number 0954/07/704347/01. This procurement will be a Request for Proposal and up to three (3) Time and Materials contracts will be negotiated as a result of this procurement; however, the Government reserves the right to make a single award if determined to be in the best interest of the Government. The solicitation for this requirement will be issued in electronic format only and will be available from the Contracting Officer listed below on or about 15 June 2007.
