- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N6889871205411 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is 100 percent small business set-aside. NAICS 337215. This requirement is for NPTU Charleston, Goose Creek, SC 39445. This requirement is for (1) Hallowell Premium Steel Triple-Tier Locker, Three wide. Size: 72 inches by 12 inches by 18 inches, Color: Marine Blue. Six Inch high legs for an overall height of 78 Inches. Frames are made of sixteen gauge. Cold-rolled steel while body components are twenty-four gauge, Cold-rolled steel. Three Tier Lockers have a single point thru-the-door padlock hasp/friction catch with finger pull. Sixteen gauge Door 1. Assembly required. Qty 65 Each. (2) Hallowell Premium Steel Single-Tier Locker, Three Wide. Size: 72 inches by 12 inches by 18 inches. Color: Marine Blue. Six Inch High legs for an overall height of 78 Inches. Frames are made of sixteen gauge cold-rolled steel while body components are twenty-four gauge cold-rolled steel. Single Tier Lockers have a stainless steel recessed handle with a three-point gravity latch. Sixteen gauge Door 1. Assembly required. Qty 13 Each.
