Description

Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Richmond, Virginia. Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 15,450 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (BSF) of office and warehouse space and to include about 560 BSF of laboratory space and 30 surface parking spaces. The Government presently occupies 15,450 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space at 1730 East Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia. The Government has a continuing need for space and will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the existing location, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. Unique Requirements: This space must be able to support the operations and maneuvering of heavy equipment. Delineated Area: The delineated area for this project is: North ? Bound by Route 33 to Interstate 295 East ? Bound by Interstate 95 South ? Bound by where Interstate 95 meets Interstate 64 West ? Bound by Interstate 64 Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten year lease term, five years firm with termination rights. Space must be ready for occupancy by October 22, 2008. Expression of interest shall be submitted no later than May 21, 2007 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
