- The United States Government seeks expressions of interest to lease office space to the Government consisting of approximately 16,500 rentable square feet of office space in Warwick, RI, within the following delineated area: Warwick city limits. The space should yield at least 14,420 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The space shall be contiguous and yield at least four (4) employee parking spaces. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space should be ready for occupancy by April 2008.
