- The United States Government seeks expressions of interest to lease office space to the Government consisting of approximately 3,000 rentable square feet of office space in Danbury, CT, within the following delineated area: Danbury city limits. The space should yield at least 2,555 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The space shall be contiguous The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space should be ready for occupancy by September 2007.
