- The USDA Forest Service Timber Lake Job Corps Center located at 59868 E. Hwy 224; Estacada, Oregon 97023 is a residential, educational and vocational training facility for student?s ages 16 to 25 years of age. The mission of the Job Corps is to provide academic, vocational and life learning skills to youths at-risk. Timber Lake Job Corps is required by the Department of labor to provide basic Dental Health services to students. This requirement will be in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. It has been Set-aside 100% for Small Business. Request for Proposals will be for a Base and 4 option years to provide this service. The NAICS code for this project is 621210 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. The price range for this contract is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. The Government plans to award a firm fixed price contract without discussions resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation will be posted to this website-FedBizOpps-and will provide all necessary information for bidders to prepare and submit a proposal.
