- Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 75507 has a requirement to issue a contract to provide labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform the following tasks in the Basement of Bldg 373: Remove the old and unused auxiliary compressed air equipment including the tank and compressor. Remove the oil piping. Remove the three oil reclaimers and three oil tanks. Remove the equipment pads that were under two oil reclaimers. Remove and dispose of all the excess equipment and materials. Clean up th e oil and debris from where the equipment and materials were removed. Dispose of all the excess materials and cleaning supplies off-depot. Contractor shall not remove any of the oil piping on Tank 5776 or the existing oil pumps. Provide labor, tools, equip ment, and materials required to perform the following tasks in the Basement of Bldg 373: Field fit piping, valves, and pumps IAW Drawing 2006-260 Tie into one of the existing 2 inch oil lines at the oil shed. Reroute this line to the existing 2000 gal doub le containment oil storage tank on the S side of the oil shed. It is the intent of the Government to award one contract on a competitive basis to an eligible Small business concern in accordance with FAR 19.8, provided that adequate competition is receive d and award can be made at a fair market price. Fair market price is defined by FAR 19 and evaluated using FAR 15. The NAICS code is 236210 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation will be available for download on or about May 17, 2007. Proposals will be due on or about June 7, 2007.
