DESC: 1005-01-413-4098, Part Number 12956264, the item to procure is a MACHINE GUN MOUNT. Requirement is: M197 MACHINE GUN MOUNT (1005-01-413-4098) F/M60, M249 CONSISTS OF A PINTLE ASSEMBLY, PINTLE ADAPTER ASSEMBLY, TRAVEL LOCK BRACKET AND TRAVEL LO CK ASSEMBLY. MATERIALS ARE WROUGHT STEEL OR PRECISION CASTINGS WITH PHOSPHATE BASE AND PAINTED PER SPECIFICATIONS. Requirement is for a 5 year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract with a guaranteed minimum contract quantity of 1,000 each and estimated maximum contract quantity of 20,000 each, Machine Gun Mount. FOB is Destination. For use on M249 Mac hine Gun. Estimated solicitation issue date is 5 JUNE 2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no o bligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
