Description

SEALED BID FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT 5120 ? QPL?s INTALLING, CRIMPING, INSERTER, REMOVAL 6FLS-N2-070245-S GSA, FSS intends to establish through Sealed Bid a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract with three one-year options for the period of September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2009. Requirements are for fourteen (14) different hand tools with National Stock Numbers in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN?s are part of the GSA?s Stock Program. These are QPL Installing, Crimping, Inserter and Removal tools. To receive consideration, items must have been certified by QPL prior to bid opening. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 60 days or less and a minimum order of no more than $50.00. All items are set aside for small business with the exception of Item 6. Item 6 will be full and open. Award will be based on responsiveness, responsibility and the lowest price to the government.
