- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-0496. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 327390 and Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to be delivered at Aberdeen Proving Gr ound, MD for the following items: CLIN 0001 - AA-5 VIDEO HUB BUILDING CONSISTING OF: 12 FT X 30 FT BUILDING; ONE EXTERIOR STEEL DOOR WITH LOCK; FLOOR TILES WITH TRIM; ONE PARTITION WALL WITH INTERIOR LOCKING DOORS TO CREATE TWO ROOMS - 10 FT X 10 FT AND 10 FT X 20 FT; BUILDING WILL HAVE NO WINDOWS; HVAC ADEQUATE FOR SPACE AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT; OVERHEAD LIGHTS IN ALL ROOMS, EACH ROOM HAVING ITS OWN LIGHT SWITCH; MINIMUM EIGHT DUPLEX RECEPTACLES IN LARGE ROOM AND TWO IN SMALL ROOM, 20 AMP, 125 VAC; ONE EX TERIOR LIGHT AT EACH EXTERIOR DOOR; CABLE ENTRY PLATE, 5 IN DIAMETER IN A 2 X 3 CONFIGURATION, 6 PORTS WITH CAPS LOCATED ON END WALL OF 10 FT X 10 FT ROOM; BASIC ELECTRIC, 200 AMP, 120/240 VAC, 60 HZ; ONE GENERATOR RECEPTACLE WITH PLUG; TWO PHONE OUTLETS I N THE LARGE ROOM; 12 IN WIDE CABLE LADDER BETWEEN OFFICES MOUNTED AT CEILING LEVEL ALONG EXTERIOR WALL OPPOSITE ENTRY DOOR; TWO COMPUTER DATA PORTS IN LARGE ROOM. - 2 each.
