- NSN 2540-01-186-0969, Motor Assembly, Windshield Wiper, is being solicited for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This tem has an annual demand quantity of 5,292 each and the annual estimated dollar amount is $910,224.00. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. Contractor First Article Testing is applicable. Specifications, plans or drawings are available. To obtain a CD-ROM for drawings, contact the Long Term Contract Drawing monitor via e-mail: drawingmonitor@dscc.da.mil. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the base year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Delivery will be to various conus locations. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
