- Public Photocopiers and Reader-Printers The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) located in Alexandria and Arlington, Virginia, anticipates entering into a five-year (base and four options) firm-fixed-price/requirements contract for up to 48 digital photocopiers and 14 microfilm reader-printers, cables and harnesses for Government-furnished Digital Access Control (DAC) equipment access units, and five Government furnished customer ordering workstations. The contractor shall provide support to public users of the USPTO including providing sufficient management personnel, dedicated technicians, and key operators to provide overall project management of Government and Contractor furnished equipment located throughout the USPTO campuses. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The solicitation will be posted on or before 4 June 2007 at http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/comp/proc/currproj.htm. A pre-proposal conference will be scheduled approximately 10 calendar days after the solicitation is posted. Details of the pre-proposal conference will be contained in the solicitation document.
