- This Screening Information Request (SIR) announcement DTFACT-07-R-00005 is to notify interested parties of the FAA's intentions to procure the following Aircraft Shuttle Services. The service is to transport passengers via Aircraft from Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The normal flight program shall include 8 round trips per week (2 each day) Tuesday through Friday. It is anticipated that approximately 420 round trip flights per year will be ordered. The flight program, certification, aircraft characteristics, and source selection criteria are included in the (SIR). The Technical Center is located next to the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey 08405. Overall period of performance will be 5 years in length, one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The base year period of performance is 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. Price proposals along with Technical Proposals shall be required in response to the (SIR). This is a Full & Open competitive requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is "481111" Scheduled Passenger Air Transportation. The size standard is 1500 employees. The NAICS Code is reference only for statistical purposes only. This requirement is not a small or disadvantaged business set-a-aside. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm fixed price orders is contemplated. Funding for this requirement shall be provided on individual delivery orders under the basic contract. The incumbent contractor is Corporate Flight Management Inc, located in Smyrna, TN. The Contract No. is DTFA03-03-D-00001. All inquiries to be submitted via e-mail only to jerry.Hendricks@faa.gov. All questions shall be submitted no later than 07 June 2007, 2:00PM local EST. The response to all pertinent questions shall be posted to the FAA Announcement Website as an amendment to the Screening Information Request (SIR). It is the responsibility of all parties to check this website frequently for amendments. The William J. Hughes Technical Center is a secure Government Facility. All personnel must comply with FAA Security Requirements. No telephonic requests will be honored. Proposals due by 20 June 2007, 2:00PM local EST.
