Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision of necessary for construction of the project entitled, "Upgrade Bldg. 1, HVAC-Phase V" at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 601 Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa, 52246, in accordance with the developed plans and specifications. Cost range is within $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS code 238220, size standard $13 million. This procurement is 100% set aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS. Electronic solicitation documents to include Invitation for Bid, Contract Forms, specifications, and drawings will be made available in electronic format only through the VA's website at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
