- Description
- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHCS), has a requirement for SPD Environmental Upgrades at the University Drive C Division. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations and furnish labor and materials and perform work for SPD Environmental Upgrades as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work and is further defined by the construction documents in compliance with the specifications of the solicitation and in accordance with all applicable rules, standards, and regulations necessary to complete the work specified. Project completion time is two hundred and ten (210) days. The NAICS code is 238220 with the small business size standard of $13 million. The proposed procurement listed herein is a competitive set-aside 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern. The construction cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 million. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 5/30/07 to interested parties through electroinic data interchange at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov for downloading free of charge.
