- Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, parts, material, and equipment necessary to ?Construct School Age Program (SAP) Facility? Bldg 6006, at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Arizona. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract. Project includes, but is not limited to the following work elements necessary to construct project FBNV 06-4003 Entitled: ?Construct School Age Program (SAP) Facility?. The work is described as follows: Construct facility IAW the request for proposal and Statement of Work. This solicitation is unrestricted. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code for this solicitation is 236220. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Request for Proposal will be issued in a non-commercial format using Past Performance Trade Off evaluation procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Past performance is significantly more important than price. There are experience and qualification requirements for this project that will be outlined in the solicitation documents. The solicitation may be issued electronically on or about 15 June 2007 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov, with a proposal receipt date on or about 16 July 2007. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all solicitation documents. The following viewers may be required to view the complete solicitation: Microsoft Word (.doc), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf), WinZip (.zip or.exe), and AutoCAD. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for contract award. A Pre-proposal Conference/Site Visit is tentatively schedule for 27 June 2007 at 10:00 A.M. local time in the 355th Contracting office conference room.
