- Competitive commercial purchase using simplified acquisition procedures for engineering, furnishing, installing and testing an automatic call distribution system for the 2AF Headquarters at Keesler AFB MS. Due to interface requirements with existing equipment, the solution will require the use of CISCO brand components to be installed by a vendor that is CISCO IP Contact Center and CISCO IP Telephony certified. A Statement of Objectives providing the necessary information and specifications will be attached to the solicitation. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is 21 May 07. The solicitation will be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit offers which will be considered by the agency.
