No other solicitation or announcement will be made. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures using the authority of FAR 13.5. SET ASIDE: Unrestricted. The size standard for this effort is 1000 employees. NAICS: 335110 FSC: 6640 DELIVERY: To be negotiated with the requiring activity. Please provide your payment terms and any discounts you are offering. AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable Offeror.
