- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, intends to award a sole source contract to Executive Information Systems, LLC, 6901 Rockledge Dr., Ste. 600, Bethesda, MD 20817 for the renewal of SAS software. Executive Information Systems is SAS sole authorized reseller for Version 8 and later of the Software and subsequent maintenance for such Software to such government entities. The North American Indus try Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 with a small business size standard of $23M. The SAS software provides the key algorithms and functions to conduct sophisticated, statistical analyses of hiring trends, turnover, retention, demographics, and EEO compliance. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within the five (5) days of this announcements posting date of 17 May 2007. This notice is not a request for quotes. There is no solicitation document and a writt en RFP will not be available for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
