- This is modification to the previous notice to inform industry that this is a TOTAL Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) set-aside. Also this is a notification that the solicitation has been posted to this web site and to http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/. The object of this project is to develop a survey and assessment strategy for waters near the Hawaiian Islands for military munitions sea-disposal sites. This requirement is to provide sufficient data to determine if sea -disposed munitions, to include che mical munitions, or bulk chemical agents are having, or may have significant impacts on human health and the environment. Formal communications such as request for clarification, questions and/or information concerning this solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to: Joseph.Arnaud@hqda.army.mil or faxed 703-695-9747. No information concerning this solicitation or requests for clarification will be provided in response to telephone calls. No information, clarifications, questions/comments will be considered if received more than seven (7) calendar days after the releas e date of the solicitation. All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted no later than (NLT) 12:00 oclock (EST) Noon on 24 May 2006. Solicitation will only be available through the above listed websites. No hard copies will be mailed or emailed to interested parties.
