- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91WAW-07-T-0064 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the The US Army Europe, Army Civilian Personnel Operations Center (CPOC), Steckenhiem Germany requires FastIron brand name, network software loaded hardware to upgrade its network system. This procurement will be 100% small business set a side. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 334119, size standard is 1000 employees. Responses should be quoted in accordance with the RFQ CLINS 0001 thru 0031. Delivery will be to the designated a ddress in the RFQ 30 days ARO. Delivery will be FOB Destination. The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (note: as of 1 January 2005, offerors are required to enter t heir representations and certifications on line at http://orca.bpn.gov); FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. Contract evaluation and subsequent award shall be based on Lowest Overall Cost for all 31 CLINs.
