Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract to provide and install an EPDM Roofing System on Building 3, Bays 1, 3, 5, and 6, at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: removal of existing roo f construction down to roof deck including roof membrane, insulation, snow deflectors, rain gutters, roof curbing felt paper, and flashings; asbestos abatement; and incidental related work. Estimated magnitude is between $500,000 - $1 Million. NAICS is 238 160 (Roofing Contractors), average annual receipts $13.0 Million. Solicitation number W25G1V-07-B-0004 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is i n accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d)and 14.205. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date at the following internet address: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/. At the ABOP, at NEW USERS, follow instructions to register. After obtaining a password (usually provided within 24 hours), go to ABOP, enter W25G1V-07-B-0004 and hit SEARCH.
