- The Contractor is responsible for supplying all the necessary services, equipment, labor and materials to complete the herein described work in a professional and timely fashion. The Contractor is responsible for the security of the vessel and its c omponents during the duration of the work. All priming/painting is to be marine grade and meet manufactures specifications and tolerances for an Aluminum vessel. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work included in the request for q uotations bid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government choo ses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)a one-time registration process for vendors/contractorsAccounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendor, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
