- The presolicitation notice for this project was previously advertised as W9127N-Q-0065. A correction to the solicitation number has been made and a new presolicitation notice posted. Please reference Solicitation No. W9127N-07-Q-0065 for this projec t. Any amendments for this project will be posted under the corrected/new solicitation number. The Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to award a contract for the demolition of the 130-ton Intake Gantry Crane, located at Bonneville Lock and Dam First Powerhouse. In addition to the demolition, this contract will require the contractor to re move intake gates, vertical barrier screens, submerged traveling screens, and various other large steel scrap from the powerhouse. In accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10) this procurement shall go out unrestricted. The small business size standard for this procurement is $13,000,000. The solicitation package (technical data pack age) will be available for download from FedTeDs at https://www.fedteds.gov/ on or about 9 April 2007 with proposals due about 30 days after issue.
