- The Bureau of Land Management, Alaska State Office has a requirement to negotiate a Brand Name Water Meter, with YSI Environmental for a Multi-Parameter Water Quality Meters for long-term deployment at remote sites on Wild and Scenic Rivers of Eastern Interior Alaska. The meters are used in conjunction with United States Fish and Wildlife Service and United Stated Geological Survey. The YSI is an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) multi-parameter water quality meter. In order to maintain consistent interagency data quality, maximize cooperative use of equipment, and minimize equipment down time. This procurement is being done under the authority of Federal Acquisition 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the contracting Officer Terese Bertini by email (mbertini@ak.blm.gov) no later than May 22, 2007.
