- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake CA intends to procure on a 100% Small Business set-aside, time and material, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for relocation (moving) services. The performance period will be a base year and four, one-year options. The services shall include, but not be limited to moving office furniture, office equipment, laboratory equipment, packing materials, (e.g. bubble wrap, peanuts, boxes and special crates etc.). The moves may be local (China Lake CA) or at additional locations, such as Point Mugu or Camair CA, or Crane Indiana. The contractor may be required to unassemble and reassemble modular or other furniture. Additional information will be available with the Request for Proposal (RFP), which will include the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of two (2) contracts for the above services. Contractors may choose to bid on local moves only, or long haul moves only, packing materials or on the unassemble and reassemble of furniture, or any combination of the required services. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for an award. Contractor's may register or verify registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The RFP will be posted and available on or about 04 Jun 07 and close 30 days thereafter.
