- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Government intends to enter into a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. (DRT), 20250 Century Boulevard, Suite 300, Germantown, Maryland 20874 for 2 DRT 1201B-0408 Receivers, 26 DRT 1201B Chassis?s and 12 DRT1000/WPM2 Wideband Processor Modules. This procurement is for continued support for the Fleet to support special mission requirements. DRT is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of this receiving system and associated components. The equipment being procured must be compatible with existing equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. NSWCDD Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition arena; therefore, this synopsis will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/SUPPLY.Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD web site to ensure that they have downloaded the most recent info or amendments. DOD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
