- "This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command." IMPORTANT NOTICE: To register for this solicitation, you must email the following directly to Donna Chaney at donna.chaney@navy.mil: Solicitation Number N00174-07-R-0026 (in subject line of your email); Name of the requestor, Organization name, address, telephone and fax numbers; and your E-mail Address. It's the requestor's responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of solicitation and amendments. Once the solicitation has been issued on the Internet, the contract specialist will send an e-mail message to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the Internet. This requirement will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately 11 July 2007. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation NAVSEA Indian Head Division, has a sole source requirement for Alliant Techsystems Tactical Systems Company, LLC (ATK), 210 State Road 956, Rocket Center, WV 26726-3548. This requirement shall provide asset development and support for process development, facility and equipment design, procurement and prove-out for the following products: energetic materials, solid propellant rocket motors and projectiles, airbreathing propulsion systems, warheads, fuzes, igniters, composite and metallic structures. Support shall include process design, development and improvement to support the following processes: Gun Launch Projectile, Tactical Missile Propulsion, Airframe, and Composite Structures, Energetic Materials and Lethal Mechanisms, Guidance, Navigation and Control, and Fuze and Electronics Integration. The NAICS Code is 336419, FSC Code is 3690.
