- See Numbered Note 22. NAVSEA Indian Head has a requirement for modifications to the JukeBox. The proposed contract action is a modification to contract N00174-07-C-0025, awarded to Pegasus Global, Inc. This modification will only be negotiated with Pegasus Global, Inc. located at 11921 Freedom Drive, Reston, VA 20190.
