- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS), in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard is soliciting for a firm fixed priced supply type contract to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Vacco Industries. FOB Destination. The solicitation will be issued on or about 01 June 2007 with a closing date of 02 July 2007. The proposed contract action if for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. A determination not compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Proposed contract to be procured using FAR Part 15. Electronic submissions of proposals quotes is not available at this time
