- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole source contract with SR Technologies, Incorporated, 4101 SW 47th Avenue, Suite 102, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33314 for the Windjammer equipment in support of Force Protection (FP) Operations. Windjammer is a multi-purpose Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) interrogation, geo-location and target development system, capable of operating on disparate satellite telephone networks. SR Technologies is the manufacturer of this equipment and has proprietary rights. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code is 334511 and the size standard is 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
