- The United States Government seeks to lease Class A Office Space consisting of approximately 437 rentable square feet of contiguous space in Modesto, California. Satisfactory public transportation must be available within 3 blocks of the space offered. The building must be located within the following delineated area: North: N. Street South: D. Street East: 18th Street West: 6th Street The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 30, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
