Description

This amendment modifies the original requirement to include multiple requisitions accross the FDA Centers. CBER - 1029420, 1 Intern CDER - 1030184, 8 Interns OC - Req# pending, 1 intern CDRH - 1029944, 1 Intern CFSAN - 1030007, 18 Interns NCTR - 1029651 1 Intern] ORA - 1029298, 7 Interns The closing date of the original posting remains the same. The Government intends to issue a Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13.106 for the following full-time services as defined below under commercial item procedures. Description The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue sole source purchase order (s) to the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) in order to participate in the HACU summer internship program. Participation is in accordance with Executive Order 13171, specifically Section 2(g), and the Office of Personnel Management's Nine-Point Plan, specifically point #4. This posting is not a request for proposals or quotes but serves as notice of the intent of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to make an award without full and open competition.
