Description: This is notification that the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command is issuing Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) W9113M-07-R-0005 for Statement of Work (SOW) Systems, Technology, and Research Support Information Op erations (STARS-IO). Work includes Information Assurance (IA) Program Plan Development under this contract, the Contractor may be required to review all previous IA related work, determine the status of each PM system within the appropriate IA accreditat ion process and develop a detailed IA Program Plan to support the timely accreditation of each PM system. Program Protection Plan Development under this contract the contractor may be required to develop a Program Protection Plan for each PM managed syste m. Each Program Protection Plan may include anti-tamper and System Security Management Plan (SSMP) annexes. The Statement of Work for this effort is, For Official Use Only (FOUO). The SOW requires contractor to have Facility Clearance at the TOP SECR ET level, and Safeguarding Capabilities at TOP SECRET level. The SOW will require work up to the TOP SECRET Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) level. This effort is Set-A-Side for Small Business (SB) and include small disadvantaged businesses, 8 (a ) businesses, woman-owned small businesses, hub zone businesses, service disabled veteran owned small businesses, and other socioeconomic groups addressed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS co de is 541710 with a small business standard of 1,000 employees. This effort, (STARS-IO) is not open to foreign firms/nationals.
